For Thomas, it all started within the GL Events group. From project manager to Director of Event Development, he rose through the ranks. A founding experience, as it allowed him to discover and learn all aspects of the logistics, events and space planning business.
In 2007, Thomas joined the Accor group where he initially led the Hotel Equipment Services department in charge of fitting out all of the group’s hotels under construction or under renovation. 4 years later, Thomas became an advisor to the group’s executive committee tasked with supporting the transformation of the group’s brands, with, among other things, the creation of separate Ibis, Ibis Style and Ibis Budget brands.
The decisive step took place in 2014 when Thomas left the Accor group and set up on his own. Quick contact with Pierre & Vacances, and already a contract signed on the back of an envelope to equip a Center Park in the heart of the Vienne region … and its 800 houses.
The next most urgent step was to set up a company and The Great Hospitality was born.
Less than seven years later, TGH has 14 staff members and has piloted more than 200 projects in France and internationally.
