VILLA M, a unique place in the world to prepare today for tomorrow’s healthcare challenges. A brand-new concept-place, innovative, focusing on tomorrow’s healthcare, with human beings at its core. Opening in the spring of 2021 in the heart of the 15th arrondissement of Paris. Villa M was designed by Groupe Pasteur Mutualité for health professionals and will give them the opportunity to meet, foster collaboration for innovative treatments, brainstorm and debate, train to better address together tomorrow’s healthcare challenges.

Villa M is: a hotel, a restaurant, a conference center, co-working facilities for healthtech start-ups, an “e-health” showroom, an information center for disease prevention, a multipurpose gym and an “art and health” gallery.

TGH’s challenges for the project were two-fold: faithfully mirroring Philippe STARCK’s – the concept creator and designer – ambitions, while staying within budget, meeting the time schedule and ensuring that equipment and fixtures meet the hospitality business highest quality standards ; and helping bring to life an innovative product and contribute the right level of expertise and diplomacy to support a project manager with limited hospitality experience. An exciting and enriching journey that makes us proud!

Domaine Villages Nature Paris, in the heart of the countryside, just steps away from the City of Light. Villages Nature Paris is a village-style eco resort developed in partnership by Pierre & Vacances-Center Parcs and Euro Disney. Built around the idea of a waterpark in the heart of the countryside, it is located in Val d’Europe, 6km from Disneyland Paris, in the Villeneuve-le-Comte, Bailly-Romainvilliers and Serris area. Construction and operation follow a sustainable development model with, in particular, a waterpark heated with geothermal energy.

The village has welcomed more than 370,000 guests in 2017, its first business year. Responsible for equipping 800 cottages with more than 3,000 rooms, several restaurants, welcome centers, an educational farm and a bowling alley, TGH, supported by Pierre & Vacances Développement et Euro Disneyland Imagineering teams, procured and installed several hundred thousand items while meeting planning deadlines and budget constraints.

Beyond the financial targets, TGH ‘s main achievement was to successfully address the logistical challenges of equipping a village spread over close to 450 acres.

Founded in 2014 by Oaktree Capital Management and taken over at the end of 2019 by AXA Investment Managers Real Assets, KLEY is the market leader in France – investor, owner and operator – for student accommodations. Preferred partner of real estate developers, local authorities, universities and Ivy League schools, KLEY designs its residences as stimulating, connected and collaborative spaces, completely in line with the evolving lifestyle of today’ students. Today, KLEY manages 12 residences with about 3,500 beds in total. The company has successfully developed a unique and innovative concept focused on meeting millennials’ expectations in a French market with high potential but a shortage of student accommodations.

Ever since its foundation, TGH has been KLEY’s partner. Our contribution? We equip the residences while supporting KLEY’s business model which requires a strong economic performance. We deliver high quality, fit for purpose and long-lasting fixtures, provide tools that make standardization easier and facilitate the brand’s roll-out, support operations with repeatable solutions to replenish supplies. Both companies were born together and grow together!

Following up on the opening of Station F, a start-up incubator entirely equipped by TGH, Xavier Niel and his team launched Flatmates, a co-living space dedicated to entrepreneurs, people working in start-ups, and entrepreneur-minded students. A very ambitious project with: 3 tower blocks; 100 apartments designed by Jean-Michel Wilmotte; 600 bedrooms; a big lounge to cook, play music, and more; space for events with dedicated activities; a laundry area, a garden and much more.

With lots of trust already built in the Station F project, Xavier Niel’s team has decided to partner again with TGH for Flatmates. Anticipating has been key to making this project a success. Optimal phasing of supplies, streamlined truck loading process, specific floor markings showing the way to each apartment, coordinated and sequenced process to equip the rooms, on-site training of installers…nothing has been left to chance. Each step of the project has been identified and documented upfront to streamline the costs and stick to a very tight opening schedule. We are proud of having tackled the challenges from both projects while complying with all specifications.
